About this shop

Fifteen years on the tools, working alone. I service, chemical-wash and repair split units in HDB flats and condos across the East. I quote before I start, I don't upsell gas you don't need, and I'll tell you plainly when a unit is past saving rather than charging you to keep it limping.

Shop policies & FAQ

Opening hours & replies

Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm. Same-week slots are usually available; message me for an emergency call-out.

How often should I service?

Every three months for a normal household, or monthly if you run it all night with pets in the house.

What's the difference between a general service and a chemical wash?

A general service cleans the filters and blower and checks the gas. A chemical wash strips the coil and drainage properly — you need it about once a year, or immediately if the unit is dripping or smells.

Do I need a gas top-up?

Usually not. A sealed system doesn't consume gas — if it's low, there's a leak, and topping it up without finding the leak is money thrown away.

Do you handle condo units?

Yes. Please check with your management on access and working hours before you book.
