Small-batch roasted beans, shipped within 48 hours of the roast
Jasmine, bergamot and stone fruit. Light roast, best as filter.
Red apple, panela and a long caramel finish. Forgiving across every brewer.
Blackcurrant and tomato-leaf acidity. The most vivid cup we roast.
Peanut, milk chocolate, low acidity. What we reach for with milk.
Brazil and Colombia, roasted a shade darker. Syrupy, chocolatey, holds up in a latte.
Sugarcane-process decaf from Colombia. Actually worth drinking.
Four current lots in 100g bags, with tasting notes and brew recipes.
01 size, in an unglazed off-white. Pairs with the filters below.
Bleached 01 filters. Rinse them before you brew.
A 2kg roaster in a Jurong workshop. We buy two or three lots at a time, roast on Tuesdays and Fridays, and ship the same week — because coffee is agricultural, not shelf-stable. Roast dates on every bag, no exceptions.
Delivery & collection
Flat $4 islandwide, free above $60, shipped within 48 hours of roasting. Collection from the Jurong workshop on Saturdays, 10am–2pm.
Returns & refunds
If a bag is stale, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it. Opened bags that simply weren't to your taste — message us anyway, we'll usually swap it.
Opening hours & replies
We roast Tue and Fri. Messages answered daily, 9am–7pm.
How fresh are the beans?
Every bag ships within 48 hours of roasting and carries its roast date. Rest filter coffee 5–7 days and espresso 10–14 days before you brew it.
Do you grind?
Yes, free — tell us your brewer in the order notes (V60, Aeropress, moka, espresso). Whole bean keeps far longer though.
How should I store it?
Sealed, at room temperature, out of the sun. Not the fridge.
Do you do subscriptions?
Not yet. Message us and we'll remind you when your bag is due to run out.
