Sourdough pizza from a home oven, Sundays only

Offcuts of the same dough, knotted, baked and tossed in garlic butter and parsley.
One oven, one Sunday a week, about forty pizzas before the dough runs out. The base is a 72-hour sourdough ferment, the tomatoes are San Marzano crushed by hand, and the mozzarella is torn not grated. Order Wednesday, collect Sunday between 5 and 8.
Delivery & collection
Collection only, Sundays 5–8pm from Upper Thomson. We don't deliver — a pizza in a bag for 30 minutes isn't worth eating.
Returns & refunds
If something's wrong with your pizza, tell us at collection and we'll remake it on the spot.
Opening hours & replies
We bake Sundays only. Orders open Monday and close Wednesday 9pm, or when the dough is spoken for.
Why only Sundays?
Because it's one oven and one person, and the dough needs 72 hours. Forty pizzas is the honest limit.
Can you deliver?
No. Collection only — pizza doesn't travel and we'd rather you ate it properly.
Do you sell out?
Most weeks, by Tuesday night. Order early.
Do you do gluten-free bases?
Not yet. Our whole kitchen is flour-dusted, so we'd rather not pretend.
