Pulled tea kits and loose-leaf blends for home
Ceylon dust with a little Assam. Strong enough to stand up to condensed milk.
The same base with dried ginger milled through. Warming, faintly hot.
Cardamom, clove, cinnamon and black pepper, ground fresh each batch.
Caffeine-free, lightly floral. What we drink in the afternoon.
250g of blend, a stainless pulling jug, a strainer and a card with the method.
Four 100g tins — teh tarik, teh halia, masala chai and barley.
Long-handled and balanced, so you can pull without wearing it.
The full-fat one we actually use. Creamer will not taste the same.
We blend tea for people who grew up on teh tarik and got tired of drinking it from a sachet. Ceylon dust for the body, a little Assam for the malt, and real condensed milk — never creamer. Kits come with everything, including a pulling jug if you want one.

How do I pull the tea?
Brew strong, add condensed milk, then pour between two vessels from a height six or seven times. It aerates and cools it — that's the whole trick.
Is the tea caffeinated?
Yes, all the black blends. The barley and chrysanthemum aren't.
How long does the tea keep?
A year in a sealed tin, away from light and heat.
Do you supply cafés?
Yes — 1kg bags at wholesale. Message us for the trade list.
