Hand-pleated bao and dumplings, frozen for your freezer
Sweet-savoury roast pork in a soft, faintly sweet steamed bun.
The full-size one, with braised chicken, mushroom and half a salted egg.
House-cooked red bean paste, not too sweet, in a plain bun.
Salted egg custard that runs the moment you tear it. Steam and eat immediately.
Thin skins, juicy filling, pleated by hand. Steam, boil or pan-fry.
Whole prawns with water chestnut for crunch. Pork-free.
Cabbage, carrot, black fungus, glass noodle and tofu. Genuinely good, not a consolation.
Any four bags at a bundle price. What most regulars order.
Everything is folded by hand at a kitchen table in Yishun — no machine pleats, so no two look identical. We freeze them raw the moment they're made, which is why they steam up tasting like they were just wrapped. Twelve to a bag, straight from freezer to steamer.
Delivery & collection
Frozen delivery $9 islandwide in cooler bags, free above $80. Collection from Yishun free, weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Returns & refunds
If a bag arrives thawed, photograph it on delivery and we'll replace the order. Frozen food can't otherwise be returned.
Opening hours & replies
We wrap Mon–Thu. Orders close Sunday for the week's deliveries.
Do I need to thaw them?
No — steam straight from frozen. Bao take 12–14 minutes, dumplings 8.
How long do they keep?
Three months in a -18°C freezer. Don't refreeze once thawed.
Can I pan-fry the dumplings?
Yes. Fry from frozen, add water, cover, and they'll come out with a crisp base.
Is there pork in everything?
No. The chicken, vegetarian and prawn bags are pork-free, and we wrap those first each day.
