What happens when I hit 150 AI chats on Free?
The AI pauses and new messages simply wait for you in your inbox — customers are never turned away, nothing breaks, and there are no surprise charges. Upgrade to Pro any time to make it unlimited on generous fair use.
Is it really 0% fees?
On your own sales, yes — storefront, chat and pay-links, on both Free and Pro. You only pay standard Stripe processing when a customer actually pays you. The one exception: orders the Discover marketplace brings you pay a small flat fee per order — from S$2.50, capped at S$14 on Free; Pro gets a reduced rate, from S$1.50, capped at S$9.
Will Selza work for my kind of business?
If you sell to people over chat and take payment, yes — food and bakes, fashion and accessories, classes and workshops, or services like tutoring, photography and repairs. Sell physical products, book appointments and class slots against your live availability, take a deposit now and the balance later, or sell memberships and multi-session packages that bill on repeat. Ticketed events, pickup, pre-order slots and delivery are there when you need them.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You drop to the Free plan automatically and keep everything — storefront, forms, orders, customers, and your AI assistant answering up to 150 customer chats a month. Nothing is charged: there's no card on file to charge.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up, set up your shop, take orders — a card is only needed if you choose Pro after the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
