Selza

Terms

The short version of how using Selza works.

Last updated 5 June 2026

These terms cover your use of Selza, a service operated by Atlas Agentic (UEN 53525496B), a business registered in Singapore. By creating an account you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the content you publish, and how you handle your own customers and their data. Keep your login secure and make sure what you sell is lawful where you sell it.

What it costs

  • Selza is free to use. You can run your whole shop on it — unlimited orders and customers — and no card is needed to sign up.
  • There is a 0% platform fee on your sales, including orders the Discover marketplace brings you. You pay only standard Stripe processing when a customer pays you, and that goes to Stripe, not to us.
  • We do not hold a payment card for you, so nothing can be charged to you by surprise. If we introduce a paid feature in future we will tell you before it applies to your account, and you can decline it.

Acceptable use

Use Selza for genuine, lawful selling. Don't use it for fraud, abuse, or anything that breaks the law or the rules of the chat and payment platforms you connect.

The AI teammate

The AI is assistive. It drafts replies and proposals grounded in your own FAQ, catalogue and order history, and anything that touches money — refunds, discounts, reschedules — is a proposal until you approve it. You remain responsible for what is sent to your customers.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Selza reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is basis and we can't guarantee it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll keep this page current. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions? Email hello@selza.app.
