Before you open anything
You should not have to remember to open a console to find out who needed you. Three things arrive in the inbox you already read — the queue, a question that stopped, and a diary change you did not have to make — and each one is a list of people rather than a chart of your business.
The queue at eight, ranked the way your Clients page ranks it. A question the assistant would not answer on its own, the moment it stopped. An appointment a client moved from their own confirmation, after your diary was already updated. They arrive from notifications@selza.app rather than an orders address, each subject says which of the three it is before you open it, and the greeting uses the name on your register entry — not the organisation you typed at signup.
Where it stopsA morning with nothing worth acting on sends nothing at all: a digest that arrives every day saying “nothing today” is one you filter within a fortnight, taking the mornings that mattered with it. Nothing here is sent to a client, none of it is a performance chart, and every one of them has an off switch under Automations.
Free and Pro
The free plan keeps most of the workspace. The page, the replies and the documents all carry your name and your licence, and no other brand appears on any of them.
