Your side-kick

The answer, and the record it came from

Your register, your diary, your wordings, and the introductions your clients are already holding — asked in your own words, answered in a sentence. It reads what the console reads: the same ranking your Clients list is in, the same appointments in your diary, the same passages out of the documents you cleared. The free plan includes 25 questions in all, and the first day does not count against them.

Two questions, and neither answer is from the internet

It reads your register in the order your Clients list is already in — the console's own ranking, reported rather than recomputed — and it names the screen each figure sits on rather than the machinery it came out of. Ask what is on this week and it reads your diary, including the slot a client is in the middle of taking. Ask what a wording says and it quotes the passage with the document and the version it came from. Ask where your next client is coming from and it reads the same warm-lead board your register already draws.

Where it stopsIt writes nothing. Where a tool comes back empty it says nobody has asked rather than reporting a zero, because those are different facts about a client. And it will not tell you whether somebody would be accepted for cover, or at what price: that is decided by the insurer, on their own declaration form.

Ask about one client, and the record comes back drawn

A question about somebody by name is answered in a sentence, and then the thing the sentence is about is drawn underneath it. Her fact-find arrives as a card that counts what is on file and marks the rest never asked. Ask a follow-up that says only “her” and the cover that comes back is hers — five areas as five squares, filled where she holds one, outlined where she has said she holds none, and dashed where nobody has ever put the question. Every card names the screen it read, and the name is a link to it.

Where it stopsIt will not turn the four areas she does not hold into a list of things to sell her, and it does not flatten them into one word: one is cover she has told you she has none of, three are areas nobody has ever asked her about, and the card draws that difference rather than describing it. The record it read also carries that she is a Selected Client under FAA-N16 whose stated objective is to keep her hospital plan and nothing more.
