The number they already have saved
Ten years of a client's messages are on a number they already have saved, and no software is worth asking them to learn a new one. So this connects the accounts you already own — your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's own flow, your own Telegram — and the WhatsApp Business app on your phone goes on working exactly as it does today. What you type there lands on the client's record too, and the assistant answers nobody at all until you switch it on, one audience at a time.
Each row names the account it is connected to — your own WhatsApp Business number, your own Telegram bot — and Instagram sits in the same list marked as not yet here rather than being quietly left off. Underneath is the thing a client actually follows: your own address, which on a phone opens WhatsApp straight into a chat with you, with a printable code for a room and a copy of it for a bio. Anyone without WhatsApp gets the page instead, so nobody is turned away for using the wrong app.
Where it stopsIt is never a line belonging to us, and there is no shared inbox behind it: a client messaging you is messaging your number. Connecting one does not switch anything on — the assistant answers nobody until you say so, audience by audience. And what WhatsApp itself will let that number send is WhatsApp's decision, not ours; the console reports their limit rather than pretending it does not apply.
Free and Pro
The free plan keeps most of the workspace. The page, the replies and the documents all carry your name and your licence, and no other brand appears on any of them.
