For MAS-licensed representatives in Singapore

Why Selza

A licensed insurance representative sells on their own name. They are paid when they close, the relationship is theirs rather than the principal's, and nobody else will do the follow-up if they do not.

The software they are given was not built for that. The system a principal or an agency mandates is built to record what has already been sold, because that is what it is for. What it does not do is tell somebody who to call on a Tuesday morning. So the list that matters — who is due, who mentioned a second child in March, who has waited four days for an answer — lives in a spreadsheet, a notebook and a memory.

Selza is the client list, the diary and the page they never had time to build, in one place. It is a tool the licensed person operates, and it is theirs: their clients, their name, their address, their record.

What we believe

Your clients are yours. Export every one of them, and everything the assistant ever answered, while you are a customer and while you are leaving. Nothing about your own data sits behind a payment — there is nothing to lapse and nothing to lock.

An assistant that guesses is worse than no assistant. Every client-facing reply is checked before it is sent, and anything that reads as a recommendation, a coverage decision or a claim outcome is stopped and handed to you. A figure is quoted verbatim from the body that publishes it, with a link to their own page, or it is not quoted.

We take no share of what you earn. The subscription is the whole price, on every plan — your commission is settled between you and your principal and none of it passes through us.

What we are not

We are a software vendor, not a licensed financial adviser and not a medical provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by MAS, MOH, SingStat, MOM or the CPF Board.

We are the publisher, not the referee. Where we show a representative's licence or registration number, that is their own declaration of it — we print it and we link the public register so anyone can check it themselves. We do not verify it and we do not badge it, because a vendor's tick beside a regulator's number is worth nothing and reads as though it were worth something.

You remain the adviser of record for every client. The judgement about what your client should do stays yours, and our terms say so in as many words.

Where we are

Everything this site describes is in use today: the client list and its lenses, the coverage map, the openings board, the documents that are read and checked, the meetings that are recorded and written up, the deck you present from, and your own page with your representative number on it.

One thing is not, and we say which. The assistant answers on your web chat and your own page now, and on Telegram the day you connect it; on WhatsApp it answers from your own number once Meta has cleared it, and until then your WhatsApp Business app carries on exactly as it does today. That is the only forward-looking sentence on this page.

Who is behind it

Selza is built in Singapore by a small, hands-on team — the people who answer your emails are the same ones writing the code. We build it with the representatives using it: tell us what you need and we will build it, and if something breaks a real person picks it up.

Everything is reviewable. Every answer the assistant gave, what it stood on, which checks ran and whether it stopped and handed over — kept for five years, because that is the period you are expected to be able to account for.

Say hello

Write to hello@selza.app and a real person replies, usually the same day. A question before you start, a compliance question from a principal, or something you need that is not there yet — it goes to a person, not a queue.

The constraint is the product. The front page lists every reply the assistant stops and hands to you, and why.
