Why Selza

Around the world, millions of people run real businesses from their phone — a home bakery, a weekend repair service, an Instagram label. They sell in WhatsApp and DMs, get paid by a tap, and hold the whole operation together in their head.

The tools built for online sellers were mostly designed for big web stores: a website to build, plugins to wire up, a checkout your customers have to be dragged to. That's not how most people sell.

Selza is built for how people actually sell now — chat-first, phone-first, with an AI teammate that answers customers and closes the sale, so the owner can do the work only they can.

What we believe

Your customers and your data are yours — export them any time, never get locked in. Pricing should be honest: Selza is free to run and takes 0% of your own sales, with no surprises. And AI should assist, not take over — it drafts and proposes; you stay in control of anything that touches money.

Where we're going

More payment methods beyond PayNow and cards, and deeper channels — Instagram and Messenger DMs are on the way. That's the one roadmap line on this site; everything else you've read is already shipped.

Who's behind Selza

Selza is built in Singapore by a small, hands-on team — the people who answer your emails are the same ones writing the code. We started it after watching friends run real businesses from their phones with tools that fought them at every step.
