Moving in
Not a template to fill in and not a week of re-typing. Whatever you keep now — an export from your principal’s portal, or a spreadsheet of your own with columns nobody else would understand — is read in your browser, column by column, and shown back to you before anything is saved.
Your headers are not our headers and they were never going to be. “HP” becomes the mobile because the header says HP and the values under it look like mobile numbers; “S/A” becomes the sum assured because the values are amounts. Every column shows its reason, and you can change any of them before a single row is filed.
Where it stopsA column nobody can vouch for is declined rather than guessed at — a free-text remarks field is offered back as “don’t import”. Nothing you have already written down is overwritten, and the file itself never leaves your browser.
The same screen, driven end to end on a spreadsheet that is deliberately a mess — twenty-six rows, with headers reading “HP”, “S/A”, “Mode Prem” and “Commence”. It picks the row that looks like your titles and shows you the rows under it to check that against, works out eleven columns, declines the free-text one, and settles how the dates read from your own file’s values. It stops on “See what will happen”, which is the last screen before anything is written.
Where it stopsIt stops one tap short of filing anybody, because everything it shows is true before that button and is a claim about somebody’s real register after it. The file is read in your browser and does not leave it, and anyone already on your register gets their policies added rather than their record replaced.

The free plan keeps most of the workspace. The page, the replies and the documents all carry your name and your licence, and no other brand appears on any of them.
