While you are asleep
A client writes when the worry arrives, and that is rarely during your working day. Two things happen in that thread, and only one of them is a reply.
It answers from the documents you have cleared and Singapore's published figures, in the first person, in your name — never “your representative will get back to you”. The source sits under every number, because a figure a client cannot check is a figure you will have to defend.
Where it stopsThe moment a question turns into advice it stops, keeps the draft of what it was about to say, and waits for you. The morning starts with what was handled and what was left.
Half a fact-find arrives in conversation and then stays there. Fixed patterns — not a model — lift the plain self-statements out of a thread and put them on the client's record as suggestions. You confirm one or you ignore it.
Where it stopsNothing is sent. The client is never told anything was noticed, and what somebody says about a relative's health is never among them: the relationship is filed, the sentence stays in the thread.
Free and Pro
The free plan keeps most of the workspace. The page, the replies and the documents all carry your name and your licence, and no other brand appears on any of them.
