Already on Privyr, GoalsMapper or SleekFlow?

Each one does one part of the job well. Privyr brings you the lead. GoalsMapper runs the meeting. SleekFlow sends one message to a crowd. None of them looks after the client in the years after the sale. That is the part Selza does: who to call today, why, and a record of what was said.

Where each kind of tool ends

Each one does one part. Nobody does what comes after.

Lead toolse.g. Privyr

The hour before the first meeting. An enquiry on your phone fast, the branded page, the nudge until a stranger replies.

Ends the day they become a client. No fact-find, no suitability record, no review cycle.

Presentation toolse.g. GoalsMapper

The hour inside the meeting. A scenario the client watches you draw.

Keeps nothing around that hour — not the brief before, the follow-up after, or why they were on today's list.

Broadcast platformse.g. SleekFlow

Messaging many people at once — campaigns, flows, bulk sends.

Identical messages at a fixed rhythm is the pattern that gets a number restricted.

Your principal's own systemmandatory, free to you

The illustration, the submission, the underwriting.

Begins at “the client has agreed”, ends at “policy submitted”. We are not replacing it.

Selzathe insurance register

Every month after that, for as long as they are your client: the client list, the thread, the meeting, the claim, and the record.

Starts where the other four stop.

Where the day actually goes

What you still do by hand, and what Selza does instead

You open your phone and have to work out who to call

The list is already made. Every name comes with the reason it is on there: a policy renewing, a plan lapsing next month, a child turning 21, something they mentioned in a thread six weeks ago. You get six views of the same clients: today, pipeline, everyone, households, coverage and contribution. Nobody is given a score.

The client's whole history is buried in WhatsApp

The thread sits on the client's record, on your own number. Clients see the number they already have saved, never a shared business line. What they let slip in chat is filed against their fact-find for you to confirm, and the client is never told anything was noticed. Telegram and your own web chat work on day one. WhatsApp joins once your number is cleared.

The questions arrive at 11pm

Turn the assistant on and it answers overnight, in your name, from the product summaries you uploaded and approved. Anything that needs a licensed judgement is held and handed to you instead of sent. Cost questions are answered by quoting MOH, SingStat or the CPF Board, with a link the client can check. It will not invent a number.

Meeting notes get typed up days later, if at all

The meeting is recorded on the consent you already hold, transcribed, and split by speaker. The follow-up is drafted before you have left the car park. The brief before the meeting is one screen: what they hold, what they keep asking, and what the fact-find is still missing.

Fixing a time takes six messages

You get a booking page at your own address, with your hours, your meeting types and your own intake questions. It sends the calendar invite, the confirmation email, the Google Meet link and the reminders you choose. The client can move it without writing to you. Your Google Calendar is read again in the moment before anything is written, so a call you took after the times went out cannot be booked over.

Your only public page is a link in an Instagram bio

You get your own address, with your name, your MAS/FA representative number linked to the public register, your agency, the plans you advise on and what you do at claim time. It is built for MAS's digital advertising guidelines, in force since 25 March 2026. Every publish stamps a version and a fingerprint your principal can put in their register of advertisements.

A client is admitted and you are the one they ring

The claim opens as a case: the documents to gather, who is chasing which one, and how much of the window is left. In Singapore the hospital e-files an inpatient claim, so you are never the submitter. The work is keeping the client moving. That is the work it takes off you.

You do not know who your clients could introduce you to

Openings get their own board. An opening is a tie, a trigger and a gap. It hands you an introduction through somebody who already knows the person, rather than a number to cold-call.

I already use Privyr — what would Selza add?

Privyr works on the hour before the first meeting. Selza works on the years after it. A lead tool gets the enquiry onto your phone fast, sends the branded page, and chases a stranger until they reply. Then it treats the signature as the finish line. Selza starts there. You get the client's record, the reason they are on today's list, the WhatsApp thread on your own number, a fact-find that fills itself in from what they say, and an advice record for every recommendation. A lead tool has no screen for a fact-find, a suitability record or a yearly review. That is the half of the job MAS regulates. If paid leads are how you grow, keep it. The two barely overlap.

I present with GoalsMapper — does Selza replace it?

It can carry the same hour, but it does not ask you to switch. GoalsMapper owns the hour inside the meeting: the scenario a client watches you draw. Selza has Present, a deck built from that client's own record and opened on an iPad in front of them. Their figures, your name. What no presentation tool keeps is everything around that hour. The brief before it. The recording, the transcript and the follow-up after it. The reason this client was on today's list at all. Keep the tool your presentations live in for as long as it earns its place. The client list, the thread and the record still do the other six days of the week.

How is Selza different from SleekFlow or another broadcast platform?

SleekFlow is built to message many people at once. Selza is built so one client's question gets answered properly. Broadcast platforms sell campaigns, flows and bulk sends on a WhatsApp Business API number. That is the right shape for a business writing to thousands of customers. A licensed representative's risk runs the other way. Identical messages on a fixed rhythm is the pattern that gets a WhatsApp number restricted. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for service messages one by one, so a broadcast is priced by its size. Selza has no broadcast feature, on purpose. It works one client at a time, on your own number, and you see every reply before it goes out. The plan has no per-message charge.

Does Selza replace my principal's own system?

No. Your principal's point-of-sale system owns the illustration, the submission and the underwriting. It is mandatory and Selza does not touch any of it. Selza owns the part in between: the question asked at 11pm, the review that has come due, the claim that has just been made, the introduction sitting next to a client you already advise, and the record of all of it.

What does Selza do that none of them do?

The parts that only exist because you hold a licence. It spots a Selected Client under FAA-N16 and stops until a Trusted Individual is there. It keeps an advice record for every recommendation, with the client's stated facts and your reasons. It answers cost questions by quoting the body that published the figure: the Ministry of Health, the Department of Statistics, the CPF Board. Every figure arrives with a link the client can check, and it will not invent one. It keeps five years of every assistant answer, exportable, including on the way out. And it publishes your page with your MAS/FA representative number linked to the public register. No general CRM forgot to build this. It only makes sense if you build for the licence.

Do I have to switch everything at once?

No. Most people start alongside what they already run. Publish your page and booking diary on day one. Connect Telegram or your own web chat the same afternoon. Connect WhatsApp on your own number once it is cleared. Your client list fills itself from the threads as they arrive. S$19.99 a month after 14 days free, no card.
