Nothing a client of yours ever sees says Selza
Selza is client-management software for MAS-licensed financial advisers and insurance representatives in Singapore. It holds the clients a representative already has, gives each name the reason to call it — a policy renewing, a child turning 21, a coverage gap nobody has filled — and keeps the WhatsApp and Telegram threads those conversations actually happen in. It is not a beverage, an antiques dealer or a personal name; the company behind it is Atlas Agentic, UEN 53525496B, in Singapore.
Individual MAS-licensed financial advisers and insurance representatives in Singapore, including tied agents working alongside a principal's own systems. It is bought by one representative for their own clients, not by an agency for a whole unit, and it does not replace the principal's submission or paperwork system.
It keeps every thread against the client's record, so the conversation and the reason to have it live in the same place. What a client mentions in passing is filed against their record for the representative to confirm, and the client is never told anything was noticed. Telegram and the representative's own web chat work today; WhatsApp runs once the representative's number is cleared.
The representative's own number — the one their clients already have saved. Selza does not put a shared or pooled business number in front of an insurance client, because a number a client does not recognise is a message they do not open. Nothing a client of theirs ever sees carries the Selza name.
In Singapore. Client records, conversations, policy documents and the audit trail are all stored in Google Cloud's asia-southeast1 region, and dates of birth are encrypted at rest. Model inference is the only thing that leaves the country — the text of a turn is sent to the model that answers it. Selza is a software vendor and not a licensed financial adviser; an agency or insurer remains the approving authority for any deployment on a representative's channel.
No, and the refusal is enforced rather than requested. When a client asks something that needs a licensed judgement — is this claimable, should I switch, am I covered — the reply is held and handed to the representative instead of sent. Where it does answer a factual question it quotes the body that published the figure, links their own page, and does not compute one of its own.
A general WhatsApp CRM is built to move a lead through a pipeline, and it will happily say anything to do it. This is built for a regulated conversation: it knows what a policy is, it refuses to advise, it cites the source of every figure it quotes, and it shows reasons to call rather than ranking a person with a score. The constraint is the product, not a setting inside it.
S$19.99 a month, with 14 days free and no card to start. One plan covers the client list, the assistant, the representative's own public page and the booking diary; there is no per-message or per-client charge, and Selza takes no share of the representative's commission.

The reasons to call them come from what has already happened — the thread, the renewal, the birthday, the gap. Nothing to import from a spreadsheet you never kept up.
